• Standard Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in time is 1:30 PM and check-out time is 11:30 AM. Guests are requested to inform us of their expected arrival and departure times at the time of booking.

• Meal Policy:
The default meal plan starts with Lunch on arrival day and ends with Breakfast on departure day. Skipped meals cannot be compensated or adjusted. Please confirm meal plans at the time of booking. Once confirmed, requests to shift meal plans will not be entertained under any circumstances.

• Food & Beverage Guidelines:
Liquor, drinks, and juices consumed at the resort are chargeable. Outside food, drinks, and alcohol are strictly not allowed.
No room service is available. All meals are served in our in-house restaurant. Food, snacks, and drinks are not served in the cottages and should not be brought inside as they may attract insects, reptiles, and wild animals.

• Cottage Details:
All cottages are eco-friendly, non-air-conditioned, and designed to give a nature-immersive experience.
Maximum occupancy per cottage: 3 adults OR 2 adults + 2 children.

• Transfers:
Pick-up and drop services are available from Thivim Railway Station, Panjim/Mapusa Bus Termini, Dabolim Airport, and select North Goa spots. Pre-booking is necessary and charges apply.

• Tariff:
Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. Rates quoted are per cottage and not per person.

• Food Service:
The resort serves delicious meals based on a set menu curated by our kitchen. À la carte or food-to-order service is currently unavailable.

• Pool Usage:
Proper swimwear is mandatory to use the swimming pool. Kindly adhere to pool hygiene and safety norms.

• Eco Guidelines:
Wildernest is a plastic-free zone. Guests are requested not to litter and to avoid bringing plastic materials. Feeding animals is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.

• Essentials to Carry:
Please carry your own torch, comfortable winterwear or rainwear, trekking gear, and umbrellas as needed. These are essential for your comfort and safety during your stay.

• Guest Policy:
Stags or bachelor groups are strictly not allowed.

• Connectivity:
There is limited mobile network and internet connectivity at the resort. Signal strength may fluctuate and may not be reliable.
