Notes:

• Child Policy: One child below 10 years is complimentary on sharing basis. One child over 10 but under 18 years can stay in the parent's room @ Rs. 4,000 with extra bed & all-inclusive plan.
• 31st Dec 2025 Night Celebration: Gala Dinner & Musical Night of Rs. 2,500 per head mandatory. No check-out on 31st Dec 2025.
• Transfers: For guests staying 2 nights, pickup & drop facility from North Goa (Panjim / Margao / Dabolim Airport / Thivim / Belgaum) at Rs. 5,000 (for 2 pax).
• Third Adult: Rs. 4,000/- per night with extra bed & all-inclusive plan.
• Stag Groups / Only Male groups are not allowed.
• As Wildernest is a nature-based resort, there are no televisions or air-conditioners in rooms. Room service, loud music, and outside food/drinks are not permitted. Pets and stag groups are not allowed.
• Extra meals requested are chargeable. Guests are requested to inform reception in advance for Jain meals, allergies, or special food requirements.
