NOTES:
• Child Policy : One child below 10 years would be Complimentary on sharing basis. One Child over 10 years, but less than 18 years can stay in the parent's room @ additional charge of Rs. 2500 with Extra Bed & all Inclusive Plan.
• Transfers : For the guest staying for 02 nights, pick up & drop facility only from North Goa places Panjim / Margao / Dabolim Airport / Thivim Railway Station / Belgaum will be charge a nominal amount of Rs. 5000 (02 pax).
• Third Adult : Extra Adult in same cottage Rs. 3000/- per night with Extra Bed & All Inclusive Plan.
• Stag Groups / Only Male groups are not allowed.
• Please Note as Wildernest is a Nature based Resort there is No Television and Airconditioner in the rooms. We do not have room service facility, and don't allow loud music or outside food / drinks. Pets are not allowed. Stag Groups are not allowed.
• Extra Meals requried by the guests are chargeable. We request the guests to kindly inform the reception if they have specific requirements like Jain Food, Allergies, etc., so the kitchen can be informed well in advance.

• Booking Confirmation:
All bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of full advance payment. A confirmation eVoucher will be issued once the payment is received.

• Cancellation Terms:
In the event of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, the following terms will apply:

- 0 to 20 days before check-in: 100% retention of the total billing amount will be charged as per resort policy.
- 21 to 30 days before check-in: A nominal administration charge of Rs. 1,000/- per room per night will be applicable.

• No-Shows, Early Departures & Last-Minute Cancellations:
No-shows, cancellations without prior notice, and shortened stays (early check-outs) will be charged at 100% retention based on the original confirmation.

• Check-in & Meal Timing Policy:
Please inform the respective booking team in advance if there are any changes to your check-in time or if you will be missing lunch on Day 1. Missed meals will not be refunded or adjusted on the day of check-out due to kitchen operation limitations.

• Exceptional Circumstances:
Cancellations arising from government-declared lockdowns, strikes, adverse weather, or road blockages will be evaluated under the standard cancellation policy. The resort’s decision in such cases will be final and binding, subject to valid documentation and reasoning.

• Peak Season & Festive Periods:
Cancellations or amendments are not permitted for bookings during national holidays, festival weeks, and long weekends. No refunds will be issued once such bookings are confirmed.

• Advisory:
If there are any changes to your travel plans, we encourage you to inform us at the earliest opportunity. This may help minimize charges as per the resort’s discretion.
